“Why’d you move to Chicago?”

“Love Jones.”

Tyler laughed as Jesse smiled, “Wait, are you serious?”

Jesse laughed as he picked up his drink, “Maybe,” he responded as he took a sip.

The two sat at the bar with D’Angelo vibe floating in the air. An older Black lesbian couple danced in the center. There was no dance floor, but the energy and sounds made it a good look.
